We roast our original cinnamon & cayenne roasted almonds, cardamom & vanilla roasted almonds, and maple & orange pecans in a copper kettle. Our nuts are healthier and tastier than traditional, sugar-laden German roasted nuts. We cut waaay back on the sugar and use organic, evaporated cane juice. No more heavy sugar belly – you can eat a bunch and still feel good. Our aim is to be 100% organic by next year if we can make the numbers work. We use all natural ingredients, organic when possible, and don’t add any extra oils or dairy products.
