How to make Chocolate Covered Applewood Smoked Cashews

Want the flavor of chocolate covered bacon...without the bacon? Try our adaptation to this recipe, using our Olomomo Applewood Smoked Cashews instead of plain cashews. Talk about a flavor explosion! Wow! These are SO GOOD!

CHOCOLATE COVERED APPLEWOOD SMOKED CASHEWS

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put chocolate into a microwavable bowl.
  2. Microwave on High for 2 1/2 minutes.
  3. Stir chocolate until it has an evenly melted consistency. 
  4. Add Olomomo Applewood Smoked Cashews to chocolate.
  5. Stir until evenly mixed.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a cookie sheet or waxed paper. Let cool until firm. (Option to put in to freezer or fridge to speed up the cooling process.)
