Brian first came to Olomomo as the Lead Roaster in the summer of 2015. By adding a whole lot of love to his batches he was named Production Manager when the company moved to a new facility later that same year. Originally from New York, Brian moved to Colorado with his girlfriend, CJ. Brian holds a degree in Journalism from C.W. Post – Long Island University but took his diverse skill set back into the kitchen, where he first started working in local restaurants before helping open and then manage a ColdStone Creamery at 17 years old. When Brian is not cooking up the delicious flavors for Olomomo, he enjoys kayaking, hiking and camping with his girlfriend and playing fetch with his dog Roxanne.
“Favorite thing about being a part of the Olomomo team is: “You have to be nuts to work here!”
